දරාගන්න බැරි දුකක් දැනුනම
අඬන්නේ,
සංවේදි මිනිස්සු
දුක හංගන්න හදන්නෙ,
ධෙෙර්ය වන්ත මිනිස්සු
දුක අමතක කරන්න වෙහෙසෙන්නේ,
උත්සාහවන්ත මිනිස්සු
දුකට පිලියමන් සොයන්නෙ,
බුද්ධිමත් මිනිස්සු

කදුලු නොපෙන්වා හිනාවෙලා ඉන්නෙ,,
